Poster presentations should be prepared with the size of 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height).
Oral presentations should be prepared 10 min in total; 8 min for speech and 2 min for discussion.

All sessions will be accrediated by Turkish Medical Association CME Council.
Registration and Info Desk at the congress venue and information desk at the hotels will start to serve on 26 April 2017. Registration Desk and Information Desks will be served between 08:00 – 20:00. All participants will be met by Global Turizm staff at the hotels and congress venue.

All registration cancellations must be provided to the Congress Secretariat, Global Turizm by written notice. For cancellations prior to Friday, February 3, 2017, a refund will be given after deduction of 100 Euro processing fee. After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be nominated.

All accommodation cancellations must be provided to the Congress Secretariat, Global Turizm by written notice. For cancellations prior to Friday, February 3, 2017, a refund will be given after deduction of one night’s accommodation. After this date, there is no guarantee that any refund can be made.


The certificates for the participants will be ready on April 29, 2017 at the registration desk. The participants should deliver their certificates as of 12.00.
Airport transfer services will be available for all participants who notify Global Turizm, Organization Secretariat. One way airport transfer will be served for 20 Euro + VAT (18%) on arrival and departure dates of the congress. The transfers on the other days will be charged 45 Euro + VAT (18%) / one way. Please also contact Global Turizm, Organization Secretariat for private transfer requests.


Please check whether you require visa for travelling to Turkey before your travel. Most European country citizens are exempt from visa but if you require, your passports must be valid until the end of your stay. The congress organizing committee cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Antalya which means “the home of Attalos” is believed to be founded by Attalos II. According to tradition, in the 2nd century BC the Pergamon king Attalos II ordered his men to find “Heaven on the Earth”. After an extensive search, they discovered the region of Antalya. Attalos rebuilt the city, giving it the name “Attaleia” which later mutated in Turkish as Adalia and then Antalya. Attalia which was accepted as the centre of episcopacy during the Byzantine period made great advancements after possessed by Turks in 13th century AD. As the modern city is located on the ancient settlement past and present are in unison.

Because of the archaeological and natural riches of the area, Antalya is also known as the Turkish Riviera. The sun, sea, nature and history combine to form a very popular resort, highlighted by some of the cleanest beaches in the Mediterranean. The 630km shoreline of the province is liberally scattered with ancient cities, harbors, memorial tombs and beaches, secluded coves and lush forests, many of which are easily accessible from the city.

With its palm-lined boulevard, internationally acclaimed marina, and old castle with traditional architecture, all set amidst a modern city, Antalya is a major tourist center in Turkey. In addition to the wide selection of hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops, the city also plays host to a number of sporting events throughout the year, like international beach volleyball, triathlon, golf tournaments, archery, tennis and canoeing competitions. The Cultural Centre, which opened in 1995, hosts cultural and art events in the fields of music, theatre, and creative arts. The main area of interest in the city is central ancient quarter within the Roman walls, known as Kaleiçi, and there are many good museums and mosques. The Seljuk Turkish Grooved Minaret (Yivli Minare) is the traditional symbol of the city of Antalya, on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.

Today this post-modern Mediterranean city is known for its advanced tourism and agriculture and has been hosting a noteworthy event for Turkish cinema since 1963; International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival.

Antalya, on the part of the Mediterranean coast known as the Turkish Riviera, is a very busy airport and a primary link to this popular coastal region. The climate of Antalya is continental Mediterranean, April is a good time to visit, most of the time it sunny with some cloud during the month of April. The average maximum temperature in Antalya in April is 70°F/21°C and the average minimum temperature is 50°F/10°C. The weather can be also rainy so it would be good to be prepared for a cool weather with a thin coat.

Official currency in Turkey is Turkish Lira (TL). But major credit cards are valid in Turkey (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and etc.). Banks are open from 09:00 to 17:00 and ATMs are available in hotels. Money exchange is available in hotel receptions and city centers.
